Nature´s Keeper
The sunshine is kinder than my queen,
Her mirror is cracked from her lies and deception.
The trees lend a stronger shoulder on which to lean,
For my queen is feeble from watching her hearts cremation.
It grew colder and denser until, a heart? She had none.
The streams that whisper have much sweeter a voice,
Than my queen who banished the villagers fun.
I am a princess, her daughter not by choice.
I have a power hidden deep in my shaking bones,
One of which nobody knows.
I am a ruler, not of mankind, but of nature and her clones,
I know why and where each peaceful river flows.
I guide the steps of the newborn fawn,
And heal the wounds of the brave battered fighters.
I wake with nature, when everything gazes on the beautiful face of dawn,
Past the manicured lawn and deep into the tranquil forest,
Shrouded in a icy blanket of early morning mist.
I am the queen, yet not of mankind whom is the cruelest,
I am the queen of the innocence of nature in it's bliss.
I rule my land on a throne of gentle vines,
Watching my children play and protecting them from the hands of men.
I listen to the stream sing in flowing lines,
I look at my peaceful kingdom and breathe in the zen feeling of releasing the world's migraine.
