Nearest Exit
I bite my lip as you curse
I think of all the bad things I could do to myself
The shine of the blade
The scent of the blood
Maybe thats not right
The taste of the pills
Maybe they will calm me long enough to last through this
Perhaps I should fight back
The things you are saying, they arent right
You make me feel like I am loosing my mind
You say that my memories are false
I know that I am not quite right, but I know that this is not right
Should I cry?
Should I let the tears fall this time?
No I should keep them where they belong, in my heart
So angry
My emotions are a mess
With nowhere to run
I close the nearest door
A little privacy is perfect
Now lets let go
Let those pesky feelings loose
It might not be the right way, but its the way that works for me
So alone in this world, Ill go out the same way
Tears in hand now I proceed to the nearest exit
