The Need to Be Heard

I can't keep these poems in my head.

Thinking about them is making me dead.

My brain begins to bubble.

My fingers being to crumble.

I try to say those poems out loud,

But I can't even mumble.

I can't keep these poems in my head.

There's tigers, There's bears,

There's even places where I can cast my cares.

Dear poem, why do I even dare?

To show the world why I even care?

About those days,

When I smile and laugh along with you.

About those days,

Where I can run away and escape with you.

Dear poem, do you see what makes me dead?

I want you to be heard,

But you're killing me by making me keep these poems in my head.
