Needed someone to be there part two

Needed someone to be there part two

How can you judge me. I am who i am cause you made me like this. Growing up i wished everyday you would be  there but it never came true. Everyday and night i would sit in my room waiting for you or someone to kiss me goodnight but eventually i gave up. All i wanted was mom by my side through the hard times. But i started to see you were my hard times.you were the monster that was hidden under my bed.  You gave up on me but i never did the same i always stuck around to see if you would make it through but you didn’t care if i would to.You never even noticed that i wasn’t a bad kid i was just a hurt soul trying to make it out. All i wanted was someone to be there to help me through my struggles to help me see there is a brighter side  but that was too much to ask. You gave up your role in my life for drugs in front of your eyes it made you never see what your man was doing to me. When the system took me away you didn’t even blink an eye you forgot about all the kids you left behind all we were was a phone call away but that seemed so far for you to reach. you saw me once told your favorite lie you was gonna be there in my life but you gave up so quick and gave your heart back to the devil that started with a H. i sit here and remember all the good times but they start to fade cause they all end the same you getting high. All you ever gave me was trust issues all the time i never know whos really down to ride. They say if you wanna make it through the pain you gotta forgive it’s the key to life but i think i lost the key on the way through my life probably why i feel so alone and never fully open up to a soul cause everywhere i look i see another you sitting there waiting to break my heart again.
