The Needs and the Wants

What is it to need something?

Some people describe it as what you need to be happy.

Others so that your heart keeps drumming.

I, however, describe it as intangible. 

What I need may also be what I want

And for that most people think I don't need it

I need happiness and want happiness.

doesn't everyone? 

The pursuit of happiness

That's what life is about

And I need that right to pursue it.

So what can I live without?

Anything that makes me unhappy.

What do I need to live?

What makes me happy. 

Being healthy

Having friends

Being loved

Having opportunities

Being needed

Having a dream.

I need happiness.

Don't you?
