The Nerd
Who is that girl with her face in the books?
Diana the nerd, who could work on looks.
She has red eyes from studying all night
Because she likes to get the answers right.
Her black hair needs work, but she has no brush
Appearance doesn't matter to her much.
There is a huge pimple on her right cheek
I heard that's she's a mathematics freak.
She becomes uneasy around the jocks
Since she doesn't like the smell of their gym socks.
She spends all her time at the library
Searching for books about Potter, Harry.
She only listens to classical tunes
For months she heard it in her mother's womb.
She hates doing people's homework for pay
She'd rather do it complimentary
Einstein is sort of a major idol.
Yet Storm takes place in books of Marvel.
She brings tuna sandwiches from her house
Along with some fruit juice in a pouch.
You might laugh & point at her taped-up specs
And that she hasn't had a hickey yet.
But just know that even though she's not cool
Don't hate that her class rank is number two.
