Never Again
<p>Never Again shall I walk the road that leads to you;</p>
<p>I will never be in the same whole you first put me into.</p>
<p>Never again will I let myself be tricked into your touch;</p>
<p>I cannot allow myself to love you when you say it’s not enough.</p>
<p>Never again will I fall for that devilish smile;</p>
<p>I won’t let myself cry over you, at least not for a while.</p>
<p>But maybe someday you’ll see how awful you were.</p>
<p>Maybe you’ll see that you’re better with her,</p>
<p>Maybe you’ll find success and move on in your life,</p>
<p>Maybe then will you cease to give me strife.</p>
<p>But until that day is today,</p>
<p>Never again will I let you fade my happiness away.</p>
