Never Again

I see people picking on this kid.

They are calling  him names

I walked in the locker room and he was on the floor.

I see two people in the locker room with him

He is crying on the floor

They hear me and run.

I go to the kid on the floor

He is frightened and scared

He can't even speak because of how scared he is

I ask him if he needs anything

He says he doesn't want to talk about it

Him and I stuck together that year and I made sure he never got picked on or scared again.
