Never Alone

He pushed me down This fool never left me alone I just had to frown When he threw that first stone The Monster pulled me down Next to the water zone I thought I was going to drown I moaned, moaned, and moaned In my head all I could see was grayish brown If I die people would consider me accident- prone Then I seen someone putting on my head a crown The person was unknown He stood me up on a mound Then he sat me on his throne I heard trumpets of sound He said, "Son, look how much you have grown," You were once bound You were never on your own There are no more tears, because you are found To you that body did I loan You are in Heaven now, because you have drown He said, "Don't be afraid," in a soft tone.
