Never Am I Alone

Like a sheep overlooked by a shepherd,

I am always being watched.

Even in the privacy of my mind,

Someone is judging my thoughts.

The whole Godhead dwells within me,

So never am I alone.

I walk along a righteous path,

Guided by his light.

A luminance so pure,

That nothing is out of sight.

The whole Godhead dwells within me,

So never am I alone.

Easy it may be

To find comfort in the shadows,

But surely the demons that come out at night

Scare me towards being hallow.

The whole Godhead dwells within me,

So never am I alone.

Your light only gets brighter

So you never lose me in the dark.

When you see me weak and battered,

You are there to lift me up.

When I think that you have forsaken me,

You remind me you’ll never leave.

Forever you will take care of me

And all because I believe.

You are always here with me.

Never am I alone.
