Never Be Loved
I keep getting these feelings about girls that I really want to get to know,
But I can't say anything because my self-esteem has gotten so low.
It's hard to think someone could love you when you are defined by words of hate,
At an early age I was then given failure as my fate.
Will I ever be loved?
Will I ever meet a girl that makes me feel like I have completed this puzzle in mind?
Or is that something that I am never going to find.
I keep getting these feelings of hopelessness like I lost something I never even had,
All I want to do is show you that I am not all that bad.
It is kind of hard to tell you something that I don't even believe,
I look in the mirror and I all I see is a walking travesty.
Will I ever be loved?
Will I ever meet a girl that makes me feel like I might actually be worth it?
And love me even if I don't always deserve it.
I keep getting these feelings of feelings that I don't truly understand,
I don't see that when it comes to love each moment of silence is a second chance.
Yet I see you and I don't even open my mouth to say a word,
You'll never realize how much watching you leave class hurts.
Will I ever be loved?
Will I ever meet a girl that makes me feel like I am better than I say?
Because love can give me hope in a brighter day.
But love is so hard to find,
And after everything they said.
I don't think that I will ever be loved.
