Never-ending Nightmares

Drifting away never seemed worse

The thought of what is coming very near

Appears to be much more than just a curse

Like living life in a horror premiere

Once everything goes to complete darkness

Is when the movie begins abruptly

Beginning with music inducing stress

And filled with terrors so truly ugly

But after light breaks through the dreary night

And eyes are now left bloodshot but awake

Relief can finally come into sight

As the mind takes a momentary break

Yet still there is no end to these bad chills

From what next could be in the night so still
