Never Ends

This is a cycle that never ends
Do we want love?
Do we want friends?
How long does it take to be in love?
A hour, a day, a week, a month?
Maybe its something we'll never know
Could it be real?
Like the stars in the sky
Or is it just fake?
Like the promises we make
So first we stay friends because friends are forever
Everything is perfect, couldn't be better!
In a blink of an eye
It will change forever
Her mind so abrupt
She says she's in love !
We need to be together!
Now back to the cycle that never ends
Do we want love?
Do we want friends?
