Never Enough
Above the grave
Below the sky
Always far behind happiness
In front of death
During your journey, something went terribly wrong
But you don’t want to be alive
Among the crowd trying to fit in
Feeling beneath the people around you
Among those who will never notice you
Beside cute guys who will never see your beauty
Between two best friends that shove you out of the way
About to be done. Why bother trying
Against yourself and everyone else
Aboard the lonely train
Underneath an endless raincloud
Without a chance of being happy again
Within a never ending cycle of crying and hurting
Through the river that’s carrying you away
Following the instructions the voices give you
Beyond the point of return
Alone
Considering her past, she shouldn’t have made it this far
Despite what they all said, she kept trying
Something wrong with this poem?
