Never Far

I know you have heard of this I know it’s comprehensive I know you probably perceive The love we always show to thee. Among this you’ve found to sought Happiness can not be bought But one must earn and never doubt The one purpose that can amount. Who has taught us what we seek? Like trees who hold to their seed To guide them ground then toward stars Then this confounds to where we are. There is something different though Let’s not judge the blossomed stone For then we reap so on we weep Over the hills we fall asleep… Comfortably numb, know’n of such Sustain a loss we’ll stay in touch Far away, perhaps a haven, Or close to roots that can not bend. Where it is my heart there is; Fair warnings to start the list For soon that tree I’ll ever be There soon will be my love miss thee. I’ll never forget the roots A sapling I am, dark suits Tempting they are, never givin For He is with me, safe from sin. For on this note I bid thee Farewell, off with My miss thee I’ll see you when the Lamb was here I’m never far but always near.
