Never Give Up

The question that seems to baffle us all, 

What do you want out of this life? Whether it's big or small.

People always say to follow your heart,

But in reality, where does one truly start? 

There's a sense of fear attatched to the idea of whether one succeeds or not, 

But overall anything is possible and therefore worth giving a shot. 

Although it's not easy, one cannot be held back by fear, 

Perhaps when thinking about it, they will realize that living life comes with shedding at least a single tear.

Of course we'll all have the moments categorized as highs, 

When everything seems to be working out, right in front of our very own eyes.

With happiness also comes sorrow, which would be the infamous lows, 

But there's no way to avoid them, and I hope that's something everyone knows.

Life is about being greater than what you suffer, and working towards a goal,

Whether we thrive or not, it does not define us as a whole. 

More importantly is what one chooses to do next, 

Hopefully creating motivation from the feeling of being worried and perplexed. 

A major quality to develop would be overcoming hardship,

Learning to focus of what's important and getting a grip.

People should work towards whatever they desire, 

A helpful tip is developing a plan prior. 

Nothing is impossible, so dare to grasp onto those big dreams, 

You never know until you try, and maybe it won't be as scary as it seems. 

Everyone has the potential to be extraordinary, 

It's about finding what's meant for you, and of course the ideas will vary. 

I'd definitely reccomend not settling for anything less, 

Live up to your potential by always trying your best.
