never know you like i do

even though our bonds are broken

on eachother we used to depend

all this time we invested

i know i have been bested

but can you tell me one thing

before the tears flood like a spring

do you even know him

have you even met him

does he even care for you

can it really be true

are we really through

i wish you the best

in your trials and tests

if your mind is set

well then you can bet

im not with you

but he'll never know you like i do
