Never Love Again

He told me I was strong

That I was beautiful

I let him into my heart... and I thought he was good

That he would never hurt me

But I couldn't have been more wrong

He said that he loved me

But then he started asking other girls out

Saying that this girl was cute

Or he wanted to be with this girl

What I ever did to him

I have no clue

All I ever did was try to let him in with open arms

And show him that he could change

And grow with me

But he used me

And when I found another relationship

He made sure that didn't last

He asked me back out a couple months later

Telling me that I was gorgeous

But in the end, he wanted pictures

And that was one thing I was not going to do

I know now to never love again
