Never to meet again

One year

Then it's over.

The years we spent

Giggling,

Gossiping,

Gazing

At that cute boy

Only to be ignored

Were precious.

May is near,

Goodbye is Near,

The steps to the stage,

The cheering.

The piece of paper

Which will crinkle

In my hand

After,

We sing,

We laugh

One last time

Together.

Then it's done,

We leave

Never to meet again.
