Never shall I
When most people hear the word mother,
they get a warm feeling like no other.
That's just not the case for me,
when I hear that word all I feel insideis my heart bleed.
Being younger she was my star. I admired
and loved her as much as a man love his car.
Every hug and kiss was a blessing,
Little did I know it would be something I would be missing.
Then the day came where I didnt see her the same,
with all her lies and mistakes who was I to blame.
Up and out she dissapeard from my life,
Not expecting this to stab me like a knife.
Days were darker and and my life felt less complete,
Its like god got a button and pressed delete.
Grwoing up without you rmother sucks,
I know many other kids who have my luck.
Each was something knew;
a warrant, rehab, even a. new boo.
I hated her for not caring, like we wrent hers.
With all same problems she never learns.
Seventeen years and countingIhvent seen my mother,
sad to say I belive she does'nt even wanna see her own daughter.
Graduation is almost near and there is one thing I dont wanna hear.
" your mom wont be able to make it " my father familiar tone,
not knowing how I would take the hit.
So God bless everyone whoses birth motheris near, Because mine
would ditch her children for another beer.
