Never Thought

I never thought it was too late Too late to get your love back I fell for you hard now I'm trying to get back Get back up to where I was I was in the highest tower free from all the pain The pain came with love With love came dreams Dreams came with hope With hoping that one day we will be together Together with the true feelings that we have Have we forgotten those feelings Those feelings that dig deeper into my heart The one that penetrates my swollen heart My swollen bruised up heart It aches when it hears your voice It aches when my skin feels your touch It aches when you stare at me with those light hazel eyes As your eyes gaze deep into the pupil of my eye you start evoking the love I have for you
