NEVER WITHOUT SHAME

Your arrival was deemed as wonderful and considerate,

A phantom presence seemed rightfully articulate.

Too corroborative were the jesters of insane intent,

Causing melancholy mishaps that did not represent.

The years of strife have been tedious indeed,

Convolvulus understandings with anything but speed.

And shallow investigations uncovered nothing known as truth,

Procuring bits of nonsense that you filtered through our youth.

Minds of spark intelligence soon became languid,

And actions so inordinate in everything you said.

A stealthy heap of scandal, never without shame,

Gathering groups of actors play this nihilist game.

So soon you should just abdicate and the cost you should endure,

The looping of your excesses is the end that will concur.
