Nevermore
Water flows
through
the
river
as a part of the outdoors
It shimmers in the sea just beyond the sandy shore
And it sits in your cup… so imagine it no more
Now there is none any more.
It’s an easy fix starting with actions so small
The simple changes you do are close to nothing at all
So here are a few things to make your efforts tall
To keep your water forevermore.
Just turn off that faucet and save each drip
Take shorter showers it’s a very helpful tip
So that you may have water- enough for you to sip
Now that empty cup is nevermore.
