"New Age"

Staring at the ceiling and wishing that todays' world 

Was actually being talked about

We get that the Old Age was horrible

And that there were many things that went wrong

Why continue to bring up their mistakes because

It's the New Age

Time for learning real stuff about the world today

Just give us a ray

Of something happening in the New Age

We are young and we think differently

So talk about the topic gently

And we will focus more intently

It's the New Age

New Age 

Not as violent

Less action but alot of arguements

Disagreements

Govenment flashbacks

Into the Old Age

But working hard to overcome those fears 

Of the Old Age

Talk about the New Age

And we will listen harder and be wiser

More prepared

We are teenagers and some prefer 

Today's Age.
