A New Beginning
Today the rain washed away my tainted life,
Summer started a new beginning.
Spilling words to paper
empties my overfilled soul.
I walk a new path alone.
I need.
I need to avoid distraction.
I cannot be overcome.
I need to move forward.
My new summer,
this new beginning,
is my start on the right path.
