A new day 2
Proverbs 8:34 New English Translation (NET Bible)
34 Blessed is the one who listens to Me,
watching at My doors day by day,
waiting beside My doorway.
A new day
I woke up in a new place ... a place I had never been before.
It seems that I’m still the same ... I haven’t changed at all.
I listened and there were no birds ... the darkness looked the same.
Everyone is still asleep ... in time to have a ball.
Scenery does not change a man ... maybe it puts his heart at peace.
At the shore or mountain top ... his world is still too small.
No voices in the early morn ... has Life been postponed?
Quiet rules without noise ... are waiting for the morning call.
What would it be if no one arose ... would the day bow down?
Would the noise automate ... or fade away into dawn’s fall?
