a new days beginning

The sight of a new offers vision to beauty the we take for granted. The image of a freshly mowed lawn or the presence of lighting bugs just after dark while rocking on the front porch in silence. Simple treasures I posses now will never partake in greed or abuse. By their mere existence they provide me reality and a reminder dreams can awake your heart to peace and forgiving the errors which so quickly took them from you. I'm a product that shelved embarrassment, sadness, loneliness as well as abuse away from my interactions with others. The denial almost gravely destroyed the housing which provides shelter to my SOUL. It remained mute by the anger of a man who feared it's discovery would speak of strength and independence. attacking it's foundation with unpredictable storms raging with intimidation. Producing funnel clouds of twisted feelings and damaging to all that lies in his path. Up rooting the core of it's development tearing away the roots to the seed of it's birth. Flooding the streams so uncontrollable that the current washed away the banks & surrounding structures. Leaving nothing just an image of what destruction his strength has in removing the true formation of your home and it's land it was built on. The disaster leaves you homeless and hungry seeking food & shelter striping you of dignity replacing it with an empty stomach that is in need of nourishment to continue to survive. Depleted of nutrients alters the mind and starvation for fulfillment removes the sense of taste. Lading you into digging in the trash settling for a bite to end the pain of the hunger sounds that talked you into a menu of nothing just bad taste. The human spirit remain lit in all of us though at times a breeze may make the flame flicker. offering a warning to the enteral torch to the source of our beings. Fearing some will lose light by giving up to a small breeze while the glow of others find strength in fighting to continue to burn. Choosing to take the blow and grow brighter realizing it is just a slight breeze and taking a piece of it's elements with you feeding on it making it a source of fuel that provides explosions of light with no room or space dim. Their spirit carries the torch of enteral light of love, peace, forgiving and never losing sight of each new day's beginning.
