New Joy

A beautiful baby that came from a young lady

so sweet, it sleeps with its rosey red cheeks

innocence is what it keeps

wrapped up in its sheets, with a big grin unleashed

so full of joy and laughter, as bright as a sunflower

nothing else matters, but its precious little life in the hands of a stranger
