New Life

The blood rushes to your head Thoughts racing in your mind Doubt, fear, anxiety. Forget the worries Forget the past Today is a new day To start over. Learn to live in the moment Without regrets. You feel your pulse everywhere You don't know how you feel Or who you are. You just know that You are you And you have talents Only you can give to the world. Relax and be yourself And you won't regret a thing.
