A New Start

I woke up that morning,

with a joy in my heart,

I woke up in mourning,

for today would be a new start,

I am not little or small,

I'm a high schooler now,

Maybe that is all,

and my senior year, I'll take a bow,

My classes will be sad,

but my friends will create joy,

and heck, they'll make me mad,

over that cute boy,

High school teaches not only the best,

but it also teaches how to start your quest.
