New Strive

This achievement is not alone mine
Credit goes to all who really felt fine
On learning about another feather in my cap
I deserved this distinct though after a long gap

The road to the hilltop was not at all straight
I had to stand all downfalls till signalled by fate
Times when the flame of hope was blowing out
Against my invincible self slowly grew a doubt

Some corners seethed with disbelief and envy
Yet another lot had forgot the general courtesy
Concern I do have for them loaded with sympathy
When shall you beak comparing and become happy?

Now that the struggle to establish has ended
My desire to excel in this field has not faded
With great power comes responsibility they say
Laced with next strive is arriving the new day
