A New Tone

Music so blurred you can't hear the words It's become so full you can't just use chords Nothing the same With no one to blame Like running your hands Through the grass and carpet It will never be sufficient again So long as we will be men We are so crammed with lies No more thought goes into replies We've left no room for compassion Replaced love with sex and fashion

Longboard_Man

I've been writing poetry for about two years now, I just finished my first year at Purdue and I am a gymnast, parkour enthusiast, longboarder and I do pretty much every other extreme sport, and I adore nature.
