New York dream

Dreams of fortune and fame

of stars and shiny things

but what is it to be the one who can not reach nor have these things

simple dreams of you and me made reality by

persistence and long striving

if one dream of mine were ever to become reality

it would be the dream of allowing other to believe

to show them myself as the one who could

to prove that they to can be one with more than just a dream.
