Next Stop Stratford Station

Got the text Stratford Station would be next As I waited for the train to arrive I cant deny the overwhelming feeling inside i began to remember a time you were on your way to visit for a few hours or an over night stay remembering the excitment I would feel knowing you were minutes away anticipating the train to pull up so I could hug and kiss your face. i had a vision of you getting out the train and we meet eye to eye you would walk up to my car smiling with your arms open wide a loud horn from the train sounds as it slows down the track i snapped out of the day dream and to reality im back the train stops the door open but it wasnt you My eyes met eyes with a special someone who is new so I grin as I get out the car to greet my new friend with a smirk on my face im looking forward to a date well spent
