the nicest boy i know
the nicest boy i know
lives 20 miles or so
down the road
he visits me each week
or as often as he can
he calls me baby
and fills my mouth with kisses
and my head with tenderness
his skin soft as flower petals
his eyes warm as coffee
when he looks into me.
"I love your blue eyes"
he says, and so I shut them tight
and he kisses me again
and tells me I am his
and he is mine.
