Nicole Marie
Nicole Marie, Nicole Marie, how is it that you've come to me?
What of the day, in the distant past, when you imagined that blonde haired boy?
Dissonance to your futures vision, you would complete his
deficient joy!
At undulating clouds he gazed, your countenance he entreated.
Wondering if, in a distant place, you could hardly wait to meet.
I knew you when, on playground soil, untied sneakers beat.
Always thinking, that same ground, was under your precious feet.
Waiting every moment to find you,
How long would i have to yearn?
Did you look for him as well,
Did you wait for me after the schools bell rang?
How many nights did you lay dreaming, as I,
longing for our first encounter.
Did it help you sleep knowing i was sleeping under the same starry darkness?
Nicole Marie, Nicole Marie, the heavens bound our providence.
Every day closer still, to that fated and preset tryst.
I knew at once when i felt your gaze, you were the one i had searched for.
My whole life waiting, looking everywhere, from that day forward i would look no more.
Nicole Marie, Nicole Marie, I thank God, for the day he made you.
The lock for my key, the before lost half to the locket of my heart, when can our true life start?
Nicole Marie, Nicole Marie, forever bound by destiny,
Your blonde haired boy needs you dear,
Ever waiting just to hear, every word that passes lips,
That he's ever longing, just to kiss. Make his simple dream come true, forever tell him "I Love You".
