That Night

Location

The night grows cold

And darling we're growing old

But the notion of life is

We must not worry about this

The ships that harbour the sea

Have indeed quite a sight to see

The waters are black and dark

As the pale white moonlight touches the bark

Of the lovely ships that we look at

With such an interest hardly an eyelash was bat

Our hands were interwined so carefully

And the look in your eyes was beautifully

Appreciative of the whole moment in time

That I was yours and you were mine

That night was quite a night

The night we kissed and everything was alright.
