Night

My favorite time of day

Is when it is night

When the sun goes down

And the stars shine bright

What is gone in the daylight

Reappears in the dark

The moon and the planets

Even shooting stars make a mark

In the dark but beautiful sky

Just think about what's out there

Planets, aliens, and more

Things undiscovered

What's behind that closed door?

That door will be opened

There's no doubt about it

Questions will be answered

We will hear all about it

Don't worry about that my friend

Just keep your imagination

Running wild

Just keep looking at the stars

That go on for miles
