A Night
A night with thee.
Take you out during the days,
While the sun shines we dance,
Off our fear, pain they go like rays
I think we got the time now, let's not play with our chance.
A night with thee.
Burning the romance away, with thee
Gladdens me
The hurricane lamp glows with no glass on it
To protect the flames from the wind,but our love did it.
Our love stood firm against the hulking figure crouching the night.
You made me your hero that night
And I smiled out my plight,
And said to you
You're my heroine tonight.
