At Night

At night I stay home alone

Alone with my thoughts and no sound

Alone questioning myself

Alone bound

At night I dream of fantasies

I Dream of love unconditionally

I Dream of unkempt harmony

I Dreams of extravagance

At night I see time move without me

I see the buildings getting bigger

I see the kids growing taller

I see my mother thinner

At night I imagine possibilities

Possibilities of having kids

Possibility of getting rich

Possibility of giving up

At night I do not get much sleep

I rather stay awake

I rather stay anxious

I rather overthink

At night, I stay home, alone.
