That Night

That night, I Drifted off To the sound of your Echoing heartbeat. Floating To the warmth of your Arm over me. Skin against skin, Our hands intertwined. The soft feeling of Your breath, I could never put to words. Silently suffering As I count the stars Laying between the cold sheets Of where you used to be. Thinking Of your cuddle, Brushing your hair Gently past your ear. And finally I kiss your Forhead and whisper _sleep well_ With eyes closed I sigh And say to myself _don't leave... _
