"Night Artist"
The night-time is the right-time
since we feel by the moon.
So even without the sun
I still daydream
-my thoughts are more lucid
as they are illuminated
by lunar rays.
The field of stars you'd see
is equivalent to the amount
of thoughts I bear
that keep me awake along
with crickets' chirping chants.
Even with that, the night is so still
I dare not speak so I won't
disrupt nor destroy this magical effect.
So now I scribble & scrabble, doodle & draw,
a perfect time to master these pieces
as I let my inner night owl rise
in this starry night.
