Waves crashing through the shore Cleansing what once lay there The promise of a new beginning over the horizon Looking over the vast continuity of the sea The light reflects off the waves like a prism of light The sun gets ready to fall off to let the moon in its place Distance covered in weak light Signaling to that part of the world that the day has reached its end Calm engulf everything like a siren’s song, silencing the waves The earth and ocean waits for the sun to rise once more and start anew
