Night Lilies

I guess this is where the night lilies grow,

With tangled roots in the stars

And petals falling softly

Like raindrops through dreams,

And the gentle touch

Of their shades of yellow

Turning faintly purple in the dark,

A cool shade

Under the moon.

This is where they grow.
