Nightmare City

Welcome to the monstrous world,

Where all dark goes to light up the sky,

Where you don’t think

Or have a brain at all,

A zombied species;

Welcome to the monstrous world,

Where fears don’t just exist within you,

But become you;

Welcome to the monstrous world,

Where evil runs wild,

Unable to be stopped,

Welcome to the monstrous world

Inside my head.

I have been writing poetry for 5 years now and I have a collection of over 600 original poems I've made. I submitted a poem to Appelley Publishing and was published in the 2018 addition of their poetry book. I love to read and write, and I have a cat and a hamster.
