Nightmare of the Condemned
This path I walk, so clouded and so dim
Tis only in state of dreaming lies
But still I know it always leads to him
My throat sealed shut, no soul can hear my cries
His face, only a nightmare can create
He looks at me with pure and fear-filled eyes
"I forgive," he says though much too late
Because in him I only see my end
He knows what will become of me, my fate
To my weary soul did the Devil send
This emage that I never will forget
An innocent, his hand he does extend
I wake before the dawn, sleep cannot find
My aching heart, nor calm my troubled mind
