Nightmares
Nightmares I wish to wake up from.
Sweet dreams they always wake me up.
Why do they wake me up when I'm having sweet dreams?
But never shake me up when I'm having sour dreams?
Behind the closed eyes.
Inside the sealed ears
The mind infused with fears.
Decide for him before he dies in his sleep.
Bind the wolves that chase him is his sleep.
Nobody can hear him weep,
Bind the ripper that craves his soul
Find the answers correct the divine foul.
So that he answers the call.
Tiny monotonous creatures crawl within my head.
Unkind creatures of the night.
Howl worsening my painful plight.
In slumber I'm too weak to fight.
Neither can I escape, the exit is tight.
Tried to fight with all my might.
But I lost all that might.
My weary legs,
Failed to
Carry me to safety.
Open my eyes make me see.
Give my wings back let me fly.
Give my things back let me die.
I don't want this duality
All I want is the reality
I can manipulate.
I want to fight
all my demons in my sleep.
All the lies in my head
and all the foes I keep.
I want to breathe again
I want to breathe again
Please wake me up
I want to live again
I want to live again.
