Why do I have nightmares?

Is it because of indecency towards others?

Is it because I'm afraid?

Is it because of misguided trust given to people that I thought were worthy?

Why do I have nightmares?

Is it because of my need for validation?

Is it because of my lack of confidence?

Is it because of my willingness to be told what to do?

Why do I have nightmares?

Is it from a lack of sunshine?

Is it from restlessness?

Is it from taking my own needs as less important?
