Nights

I long for the nights

When we close our eyes together

And your arms embrace the back side of me.

Your lips dance with mine

As we float softly

Into a field

Of meandering hands.

When we kiss

An anxious smile

Pulls me away for just a moment

To see your colors once more.

You are so beautiful.
