Nighttime

963 stars in a sky made of watercolor 63 trees, a border black as ink 3 slivers of moonlight, through parted curtains 2 windows to see the world 7 lights from far off buildings 12 fireflies blinking, back and forth 1 fox stalking through the grass A night, in which the silence is deafening and the beauty is blinding
